The library has been moved to the 3rd floor of the "Minami-Aoyama 1-Chome Danchi complex," according to the reconstruction of Minami-Aoyama 1-Chome Danchi. Open since April 1, 2007, it is located adjacent to the city's Aoba Park and is closer to the Aoyama 1-Chome Subway Station than before. This library has strengthened its materials collection in response to the neighboring business environment, such as expanding its collection of advertising and design-related books and its wide assortment of food-related books for professional cooks. Furthermore, it has a selection corner in the Akasaka and Aoyama shelves with publications describing the many local attractions in these areas.
