Characteristics of the Konan Library
The Konan Library is the newest library in Minato City. It was established in 1996 at City Heights Konan as the 50-year anniversary project of the administration of Minato City. Besides the residents of City Heights, many people from the surrounding newly established residential areas are visitors to this library. The story hours for children enjoy outstanding popularity.
